Infrastructure Systems Engineer (Quant Trading)

About the role

Support and maintain critical production infrastructure across hardware, software, operating systems, networking, and storage, while investigating and resolving incidents through root-cause analysis. Coordinate with engineers, developers, front-office users, and technology providers on troubleshooting, deployments, escalations, and operational improvements. Candidates should have hands-on experience with Linux and Windows, a solid understanding of server hardware and core infrastructure, and experience troubleshooting systems, networking, connectivity, or storage issues. A background in infrastructure operations, systems engineering, or production support and the ability to manage incidents in a fast-paced, business-critical environment are expected; scripting and financial services experience are advantageous.
