About the role
Lead complex reliability and incident-management improvements for Electronic Trading Services, designing and implementing infrastructure that supports highly available, auto-recoverable systems. Partner with development teams and stakeholders across the software lifecycle, scaling automation and AI-assisted reliability practices while improving network design and preventing recurring issues. Requires formal training or certification in site reliability engineering concepts and at least 10 years of applied experience, along with advanced technical knowledge and the ability to improve reliability workflows using authorized AI tools. Candidates must validate AI-assisted recommendations, understand data sensitivity, automate and improve processes across interconnected systems, and translate research and analysis into business recommendations.
