About the role
Provide front-line reliability engineering and production support for equity trading applications, including monitoring, troubleshooting, incident response, and capacity planning. Automate and improve scalable infrastructure, deployment pipelines, operational standards, and release procedures in partnership with business, development, and infrastructure teams. Requires strong experience with Windows and Linux/Unix services, scripting in PowerShell, Python, and SQL, monitoring tools, and the FIX protocol. Requires capital markets and trade lifecycle knowledge across products such as cash equities, ETS, bonds, options, futures, and swaps, along with strong communication and project management skills.
