Lead architecture and engineering for equities electronic-trading infrastructure initiatives, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and align with enterprise and security standards. Drive technical projects to improve system speed, adaptability, stability, and maintainability while coordinating stakeholders, managing controls and risks, and mentoring technical colleagues. Requires 10+ years of experience delivering infrastructure technology products and services, with strong expertise in Linux, networking, systems programming, performance tuning, and low-latency trading technologies. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a master's degree is preferred, along with strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and project ownership skills.
