About the role
Provide hands-on DevOps and production support for mission-critical global trading environments, including front-office applications and electronic trading systems. Manage incidents, troubleshoot issues, support system resilience, and work with vendors on FIX engineering and exchange or vendor certification. Requires 10+ years of front-office application support and vendor management, plus 8+ years in commodity trading, capital markets, or investment banking and 8+ years of FIX engineering. Candidates should have derivatives lifecycle knowledge, electronic and algorithmic trading experience, scripting skills, and familiarity with trading platforms, networking, messaging, and production support.
