About the role
Serve as the regional point of contact for traders and business stakeholders, supporting operational issues and translating business needs into prioritized requirements and user stories. Partner with development and global teams to deliver enhancements, shape the product roadmap, manage incidents, and improve processes through automation and operational excellence. Requires 5–7 years of relevant experience, strong stakeholder communication, and experience in product ownership, business analysis, or application support. Candidates should have strong SQL and database knowledge, Linux/Unix and Windows troubleshooting skills, Python automation, AWS, Terraform/IaC, and CI/CD experience; trading or financial systems and Agile delivery experience are advantageous.
