About the role
Own and improve the production trading environment by building performant monitoring and alerting systems, automating operations, and optimizing systems for robustness and efficiency. Debug low-level performance issues to support low-latency, high-throughput trading, and collaborate with engineering, networking, and trading teams to align work with business priorities. Requires at least five years of experience solving high-stakes reliability problems, along with advanced Python or C++ coding skills and advanced Linux operating systems knowledge. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar STEM field is required; distributed systems experience is a bonus.
