About the role
Develop and maintain infrastructure for a large-scale high-performance computing cluster, including a bespoke filesystem, automated monitoring and observability systems, and bare-metal provisioning. Write software and tools to support the trading firm's infrastructure and collaborate with technology and finance teams. Candidates need deep Linux expertise, including kernel-level and bare-metal experience, and experience with large clusters, systems administration, networking, and filesystems. Strong automation skills, ideally accompanied by object-oriented programming experience in Java, C++, or Python, as well as communication skills and a passion for learning and problem-solving, are required.
