Network Engineering Lead - Low-Latency Trading | Global Alternative Investment Manager

About the role

Lead a six-person US network engineering team and own the architecture, operation, and evolution of low-latency connectivity for trading platforms, exchanges, brokers, market-data providers, and colocation facilities. Oversee market-data delivery, performance and latency observability, automation, production reliability, engineering standards, and relationships with providers and internal stakeholders. The role calls for substantial hands-on experience engineering production networks for electronic or systematic trading in a financial environment, along with deep BGP and IP-routing expertise. Candidates should be able to lead engineers while remaining technically involved in architecture and complex troubleshooting across high-performance network infrastructure, market-data delivery, and automation.
