About the role
Build and maintain Kubernetes clusters, developer environments, and safe self-service paths to production that help trading and development teams deliver software independently. Work directly with traders, quants, and developers to understand their needs, support production incidents, automate repeatable tasks, and guide the platform’s direction. Requires hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production, GitOps tools such as Argo or Flux, and Python for automation. The ideal candidate enjoys working with users and has built a process or platform that other teams went on to own; a finance background is not required.
