SDE1 /SDE2 - Low-Latency / Infrastructure Engineer - Python and/or C++/Rust

About the role

Own and maintain infrastructure and runtime systems, focusing on performance, reliability, connectivity, and tooling so systems behave predictably under stress. Apply disciplined change management, maintain feedback loops and runbooks, establish clear escalation paths, and collaborate with development, research, and trading teams. Candidates should have strong Linux, networking, and performance-debugging fundamentals, along with experience operating production systems, monitoring them, and handling incidents. They should reason clearly about trade-offs under constraints; low-latency profiling, efficient I/O, colocated environments, redundancy patterns, and coding in Python, C++, or Rust are desirable.
