Senior Backend Engineer (Trading Infrastructure)

About the role

Architect and develop the exchange’s matching engine, order management system, and risk engine, with a focus on precise trading operations and sub-millisecond latency. Optimize throughput, integrate external market makers, and protect trade-ledger integrity using event sourcing and write-ahead logging. Candidates should have expert proficiency in Go, C++, or Rust and a proven background in CEX matching engines, HFT platforms, or electronic brokerage systems. The role also requires experience with low-latency infrastructure, databases, cloud and container platforms, and multithreaded systems design; Chinese proficiency is highly preferred.
