About the role
Onboard clients to the FX and crypto trading platform, test their setups, support them through go-live, and troubleshoot issues using logs and databases, involving Engineering when needed. Communicate with clients through phone, email, and ticketing systems, maintain accurate records, and automate repetitive checks with scripts and tools. The role is aimed at Computer Science or Electronics and Communication graduates from the 2026 or 2027 batch, with comfort using SQL, databases, Linux, operating system concepts, networking fundamentals, and basic Python. Candidates should be calm under pressure, take ownership of problems, be curious about root causes, and have built a project using an LLM or API integration; finance experience is not required.
