About the role
Develop and maintain code, automation, tooling, and infrastructure for global electronic trading systems, improving production reliability, observability, and operational readiness. Troubleshoot incidents, support releases and testing, and collaborate with traders, researchers, and engineering teams on architecture, capacity planning, and operational practices. Requires 3–10 years of experience in software, production, reliability, platform, infrastructure engineering, or a related discipline, along with strong programming skills in Python, Java, C++, or similar languages. Candidates should be able to write production-quality code, debug live systems, automate operational workflows, communicate effectively, and take ownership in fast-paced environments.
