About the role
Maintain the stability, availability, and performance of global derivatives trading applications, responding to incidents and supporting front-office trading workflows in coordination with traders and technical teams. Improve deployment, monitoring, automation, and reliability, while supporting FIX-based exchange connectivity, EMS/OMS platforms, and real-time market data systems. Requires at least 8 years of experience in commodity trading, capital markets, or investment banking technology, with extensive front-office production support and hands-on FIX protocol and exchange connectivity experience. Candidates should be proficient in scripting or programming, understand trading workflows and network protocols, be able to work effectively in high-pressure environments, and participate in global on-call support; U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required.
