About the role
Own and evolve production Kubernetes environments, including cluster lifecycle, reliability, automation, observability, and disaster recovery. Partner with trading and engineering teams to onboard services, resolve production issues, and improve platform scalability and developer self-service. Candidates should have approximately 6–9 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, platform engineering, or production infrastructure, with strong Kubernetes and Linux expertise. Experience with observability, CI/CD and GitOps, infrastructure automation using Terraform or Ansible, and practical Python or Go development is expected; trading-industry experience is preferred.
