About the role
Support and monitor global trading applications, investigate escalated production incidents, and coordinate operational workflows, changes, releases, and major-incident recovery. Improve platform reliability through incident analysis, enhanced observability, automation, and contributions to an SRE-aligned support model. Requires a degree or equivalent experience, strong AWS operational knowledge, and experience supporting business-critical applications, with expertise in market data, trading workflows, log analysis, incident management, and change control. Candidates should communicate effectively across global multidisciplinary teams and demonstrate interest or experience in SRE principles, reliability improvements, and automation.
