About the role
The HFT Production Engineer will collaborate with development and trading teams to ensure the stability and performance of global high-frequency trading systems. Responsibilities include real-time monitoring, incident response, deployment management, and the development of automation tools to optimize trading infrastructure. Candidates must have at least two years of experience in HFT production operations with a strong background in Linux, networking, and troubleshooting trading latency. A bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or Financial Mathematics is required.
