About the role
Lead SRE and production support for front-office FX trading applications, managing and mentoring a team while ensuring the availability, stability, performance, and resilience of real-time trading platforms. Direct incident response and reliability improvements through automation, observability, capacity planning, performance tuning, and collaboration with traders, developers, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders. Requires 14+ years of production support, SRE, or production engineering experience in financial services, preferably supporting front-office FX trading systems, along with leadership experience managing teams of five or more engineers. Candidates should have strong knowledge of trading workflows and hands-on technical skills in Linux/Unix, SQL, scripting or programming, monitoring and observability tools, and modern cloud, container, CI/CD, and automation technologies.
