Lead global infrastructure strategy and regional teams across EMEA, the Americas, and APAC, ensuring the reliability and resilience of critical trading environments. Drive automation and platform improvements, lead major incidents, and work with senior stakeholders on priorities, roadmaps, investment, and operational efficiency. Requires senior infrastructure or platform leadership experience, hands-on Linux/Unix expertise, and experience managing technical teams across multiple locations. Candidates should understand modern infrastructure, automation, platform engineering, networking, systems, deployment, and observability, with a record of operating effectively in high-pressure production environments at both strategic and technical levels.
