About the role

Provide operational and technical support for electronic trading applications and infrastructure, including incident response, production issue resolution, and assessment of change risk. Develop automation and monitoring, manage releases and deployments, and partner with trading, software, and infrastructure teams on system reliability, performance, capacity, and efficiency. Requires at least five years of relevant experience, proficiency in at least one of Python, C, C++, Java, or shell scripting, and aptitude in algorithms, data structures, and software design. Candidates should have Linux or networking knowledge, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and resolve complex issues under pressure; distributed systems, automation, financial markets, and FIX protocol experience are preferred.
