Head of Infrastructure (HFT Market Making)

About the role

Lead improvements to trading infrastructure across physical servers, Linux systems, networks, and data centres, while building Python tools to automate provisioning, deployment, monitoring, and operations. Diagnose latency and performance issues in live trading environments, support trading teams and TradFi expansion, and provide technical leadership for infrastructure projects and production troubleshooting. Requires infrastructure experience in HFT, electronic market making, or a comparable low-latency trading environment, along with strong Python skills and deep Linux expertise. Candidates should also have strong networking knowledge and experience owning critical production infrastructure and making technical decisions under pressure.
