About the role
Own the reliability, availability, performance, and observability of production trading systems, responding to incidents and investigating faults across code, infrastructure, and networks. Build automation and monitoring, partner with development and trading teams, and deliver lasting improvements to resilience, scalability, performance, and operational processes. Requires strong experience in SRE, DevOps, production engineering, or trading systems support, excellent Python skills, and advanced Linux and networking troubleshooting capabilities. Candidates should have experience supporting high-availability or latency-sensitive systems, using monitoring and CI/CD tools, and taking end-to-end ownership of incidents; trading or financial-services experience is highly desirable.
