Director of Software Engineering-Infrastructure Electronic Trading

About the role

Lead infrastructure software engineering for electronic trading, setting technical strategy for compute platforms, server and operating-system tuning, automation, and the infrastructure application stack. Partner with business and technology leaders, guide teams and vendors, and oversee delivery, governance, resources, and operational outcomes across multiple domains. Requires 10 or more years of applied software engineering experience, expertise in a relevant technical field, IPv4 networking knowledge, configuration management experience with Chef or Ansible, cloud-native experience, and a record of leading teams and products. Preferred qualifications include low-latency Linux performance tuning, mentoring SRE and partner teams, cryptography knowledge, and PostgreSQL experience.
