Senior Site Reliability Specialist (SRE) – Equity Trading Platform

About the role

Deploy, support, and improve the equity trading platform across the Americas, monitoring production stability and performance and analyzing bottlenecks. Collaborate with trading and global delivery teams to implement approved improvements, strengthen CI/CD security and incident recovery, and enhance platform resilience. Requires at least five years of development, support, or SRE experience in financial services, knowledge of equity markets and end-to-end equity workflows, and familiarity with the listed infrastructure, database, monitoring, and CI/CD technologies. A computer science degree is preferred; strong communication and technical documentation skills, English fluency, autonomy, collaboration, and the ability to manage priorities under pressure are also required.
