Product Manager / Director, Trading Infrastructure

About the role

Lead product direction and delivery for core crypto trading infrastructure, including order management, matching, margin, risk, and lending systems across spot and derivatives. Set near-term product priorities, build monitoring and AI agent capabilities, and coordinate engineering, design, operations, legal, compliance, and market teams to launch reliable, regulation-ready products. Requires a bachelor's degree or higher in mathematics, physics, or computer science and at least five years of experience building sophisticated backend systems in crypto or traditional finance. Candidates should bring an AI-native approach, strong logical and communication skills, interest in trading and blockchain, customer-focused product judgment, and fluency in English and Mandarin.
