Senior Rust Engineer – Web3 & Trading Infrastructure

About the role

Design, build, and optimize Rust backend systems for cryptocurrency trading, exchange functionality, wallet services, and market-making infrastructure. Own projects from design through deployment and ongoing optimization, resolving performance and production challenges while contributing to scalable architecture and blockchain integrations. Requires 6+ years of software engineering experience, strong production Rust skills, and experience building reliable, scalable, high-performance backend infrastructure. Candidates should understand distributed systems, concurrency, asynchronous programming, and performance optimization, with relevant cryptocurrency or blockchain experience and familiarity with Solana; Ethereum experience is valuable.
