About the role
Support and improve business-critical equities trading and investment platforms by managing incidents, troubleshooting applications, monitoring system health, and performing root-cause analysis. Automate recurring operational tasks and collaborate with engineers and investment professionals to improve deployments, resilience, and front-office workflows. Applicants should have at least three years of experience in trading technology, production or application support, SRE, or a similar environment, with strong Linux/Unix knowledge and practical scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell. They should understand financial markets and investment workflows, be able to resolve complex production incidents and communicate with traders, portfolio managers, and engineers; a relevant degree is also sought.
