About the role
Respond to production incidents on the FX trading platform, maintain availability, lead root cause analysis, and improve resilience through monitoring and automation. Implement releases and infrastructure patching, participate in disaster recovery exercises, and collaborate with global teams to deliver scalable functionality and improve operational processes. Requires 5+ years of Production Support, SRE, or DevOps experience in trading or financial services, with strong Linux/Unix, SQL, scripting, programming, and observability skills. Candidates should understand trading systems and the trade lifecycle, have familiarity with cloud, containers, and CI/CD, and hold a bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a STEM field.
