About the role
Own the reliability, availability, and resilience of latency-sensitive trading systems, while improving Linux performance and managing on-premises infrastructure. Build monitoring and incident practices, resolve production issues and lead root cause analyses, and automate operations in Python in partnership with trading and engineering teams. Candidates should have strong Linux experience, ideally including performance tuning and troubleshooting, and direct experience supporting trading systems on production, on-premises infrastructure. Strong Python skills for automation and tooling, calm incident ownership, and a commitment to continuous improvement are also required.
