Lead reliability engineering for Electronic Trading Services, designing and implementing infrastructure and network improvements for highly available, auto-recoverable systems. Drive complex incident analysis, sustainable software releases, automation, and secure, auditable AI-assisted reliability workflows across teams and locations. Requires formal training or certification in site reliability engineering concepts and at least 10 years of applied experience, along with advanced technical knowledge. Candidates should be able to improve reliability through automation and systems-level analysis, validate AI-assisted recommendations responsibly, and translate research and testing into business recommendations.
