Product Manager / Director, Trading Infrastructure

About the role

Lead product direction and delivery for core trading infrastructure across spot, margin, derivatives, risk, and lending systems, coordinating engineering and other teams from specification through launch. Build monitoring and AI agent capabilities, assess market and competitor needs, and work with legal, compliance, and local market teams to meet regulatory requirements. Requires a bachelor's degree or higher in mathematics, physics, or computer science and at least five years of experience building sophisticated backend systems in crypto or traditional finance. Candidates should bring strong logical, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills, an interest in trading and blockchain, AI-enabled workflow automation, and fluency in English and Mandarin.
