About the role
Operate and maintain MT4/MT5 trading environments, primarily on AWS, including platform configuration, integrations, monitoring, incident response, and infrastructure reliability. Coordinate with trading, risk, operations, and engineering teams to manage releases, support trading connectivity, and improve platform stability and security. Candidates should have 1–4 years of MetaTrader experience, production trading-platform support experience, and familiarity with Admin/Manager terminals, trading conditions, plugins, bridges, and integrations. They should also bring Windows Server and basic Linux administration, AWS knowledge, scripting ability, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and willingness to participate in on-call support.
