About the role
Manage, monitor, and support the Trading Voice infrastructure, including readiness checks, L3 engineering and troubleshooting, and certification of software releases. Coordinate production changes, vendor support, internal controls, escalations, and service delivery to meet deadlines and SLAs. Requires at least five years of Trader Voice Engineering experience, deep SIP and VoIP expertise, and knowledge of Trader Voice platforms, virtualization, databases, and enterprise telephony. Preferred qualifications include strong problem-solving and customer-service skills, lifecycle documentation and planning experience, and familiarity with Agile, ITIL, or ITSM practices.
