About the role
Lead the design, engineering, support, and modernization of global trader voice platforms, ensuring high availability, low latency, security, and regulatory compliance. Own platform lifecycle management and production escalations, improve resilience through monitoring and automation, and coordinate vendors, stakeholders, and engineering teams on upgrades and transformation initiatives. Requires at least four years of technology infrastructure engineering experience and hands-on experience with IPC Unigy, Cloud9 Voice, and/or Speakerbus, along with trader voice, VoIP, SIP, networking, and voice recording knowledge. Desired qualifications include financial-services production support, Level 4 escalation, PowerShell automation, ITIL-aligned operations, incident leadership, and strong communication and stakeholder skills.
