About the role
Design and maintain scalable infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and self-service platform tooling for a high-availability trading platform. Improve release safety, production readiness, reliability, and developer experience while leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers. Candidates need at least five years of software engineering experience, including substantial DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering experience, and strong AWS, observability, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, automation, and container expertise. They should be able to design secure, scalable, highly available production environments and collaborate effectively across distributed teams; Java/JVM and mission-critical systems experience are desirable.
