About the role
Provide production support for a high-performance trading platform by monitoring system health, responding to incidents, troubleshooting trading workflows, and supporting front-office users. Improve platform reliability and operational readiness through observability, automation, root cause analysis, controlled releases, and collaboration with trading, research, and engineering teams. Candidates should have strong production engineering, SRE, or application support experience with business-critical real-time systems, along with Linux troubleshooting, incident management, monitoring, and root cause analysis skills. Python or similar scripting experience and the ability to support front-office users and collaborate effectively with trading, research, and engineering teams are required; trading or market data platform experience and SQL are preferred.
