About the role
Build Python automation, CI/CD pipelines, deployment and rollback processes, and automated testing to improve the reliability and resilience of critical trading systems. Enhance monitoring and observability, investigate production issues, and automate operational workflows across the trading lifecycle in collaboration with trading and technology teams. Requires 10+ years of experience in Production Engineering, SRE, DevOps, or Software Engineering, with significant production ownership and strong Python development skills. Candidates should have hands-on experience with CI/CD, deployment automation, testing, troubleshooting, monitoring, and production reliability; financial systems exposure and familiarity with tools such as GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Grafana, or Elasticsearch are advantageous.
