About the role
You will own, automate, and optimize the firm's high-frequency wireless tower network to ensure zero packet loss. This includes building Python automation scripts, performing real-time troubleshooting, and directing field crews on physical infrastructure upgrades. Candidates must have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience in RF and network operations. Proficiency in Python for automation, Linux/UNIX environments, and a solid foundation in RF fundamentals are required.
