About the role
Own production coverage during U.S. trading hours, monitor critical trading workflows and investigate alerts, failed jobs, and degraded systems. Resolve operational issues, collaborate with engineering and business teams, and improve monitoring, documentation, automation, and production processes. Requires 5+ years of experience in Production Engineering, DevOps, Trade Support, Systems Operations, or a related field; electronic trading experience is beneficial but not essential. Candidates should have strong Python, Linux, and shell scripting skills, be comfortable debugging existing code, and bring a systematic troubleshooting approach and strong communication skills.
