About the role
Manage and maintain resilient IT infrastructure, exchange connectivity, trading applications, cybersecurity controls, and disaster recovery and business continuity processes. Lead vendor and IT team operations while ensuring regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and reliable support for trading and business functions. Requires a bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, along with experience in infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and financial services or stockbroking technology. Candidates should understand CTCL platforms, exchange and SEBI requirements, security operations, vendor management, and have at least five years of team leadership experience.
