Principal Network Engineer(HFT)

About the role

Design and evolve resilient, low-latency trading networks across data centers, colocation facilities, exchange connectivity environments, and cloud platforms, while leading architecture, performance validation, and major infrastructure initiatives. Develop Python automation and observability practices, mentor engineers, and collaborate across technical and business teams to improve reliability, scalability, and operational standards. Requires 10+ years of hands-on network engineering experience and direct experience supporting HFT, electronic trading, or related capital markets infrastructure. Candidates need expert routing and switching knowledge, advanced Python automation skills, AWS networking experience, and a record of leading complex projects; advanced networking certifications are preferred.
