About the role
Provide level 2 support for global markets information systems, primarily serving equity derivatives front-office users, and maintain high production quality and platform availability. Improve and develop production tools, manage incidents and user requests, translate recurring problems into prioritized user stories, and contribute to cybersecurity and development work. A relevant bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a similar field is required, and some financial banking experience is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable in a trading-floor environment, work collaboratively, communicate fluently in English, and ideally have experience with the listed programming languages, Linux, DevOps tools, and derivative products.
