About the role
Define and own the target architecture and roadmap for the MT4/MT5 trading-platform estate, including hosting, capacity, high availability, disaster recovery, administration standards, and release delivery. Lead modernization and hands-on validation of infrastructure patterns, including suitable Windows workload containerization on Kubernetes/Amazon EKS, and train platform administrators while collaborating with stakeholders. Requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, plus 10+ years in infrastructure or platform engineering and several years designing or operating broker MT4/MT5 server estates. Candidates need deep MT4/MT5 and Windows Server expertise, mission-critical availability and recovery experience, CI/CD and PowerShell skills, and strong communication; relevant certifications and Kubernetes/EKS experience are advantageous.
