Engineering Lead – Quant Infrastructure

About the role

Own the architecture and reliability of the PRISM investment platform, including data ingestion, research, execution, risk, monitoring, and analytics systems. Lead the engineering team and oversee data pipelines, production incident resolution, system performance, and end-to-end integration across signal generation and execution. Requires 6–8 years of coding experience with C++, Python, and SQL, along with expertise in data engineering, time-series architectures, system design, and performance optimization. Candidates should have experience building financial or trading systems, knowledge of backend and distributed systems, and hands-on exposure to cloud and on-premise infrastructure; a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is specified.
