About the role
Design, develop, and modernize backend applications and platform services for front-office trading operations, contributing to architecture decisions and building scalable, high-volume distributed systems. Improve production reliability, performance, observability, automation, and CI/CD practices while collaborating across architecture, development, DevOps, and SRE teams. Requires 10+ years of relevant software and platform engineering experience, strong backend development expertise, and experience with AWS and/or Azure, distributed systems, microservices, containers, Kubernetes, and serverless technologies. Candidates must also have hands-on experience with front-office trading systems and strong architecture, technical decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
