About the role
Provide front-line reliability engineering and production support for equity trading applications, including monitoring, incident response, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex technical issues. Build and manage scalable infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD processes while partnering with business, development, and infrastructure teams to improve platform performance, capacity, and reliability. The role requires strong experience with Windows and Linux/Unix services, scripting in PowerShell, Python, and SQL, and monitoring tools such as Nagios, Splunk, OpenTelemetry, or Datadog. Candidates must have FIX protocol knowledge and capital markets experience across trading products, with an understanding of the trade lifecycle, plus strong communication and project management skills.
